Cisco UCS B200 M5 blade server
A half-width blade for the UCS 5108 chassis — it cannot run standalone. Networking is through mLOM/mezzanine VICs and the chassis fabric interconnects, so standard PCIe NICs and RAID cards do not apply.
Processor
- Up to two Intel Xeon Scalable processors, up to 28 cores per socket
Memory
- 24 DDR4 DIMM slots: 16 / 32 / 64 / 128 GB modules at up to 2933 MT/s
- Up to 3 TB with 128 GB DIMMs
- 12 slots can take Optane DC Persistent Memory (128 / 256 / 512 GB), for up to 6 TB of persistent memory
Storage
- Two hot-swap front 2.5" bays: HDD to 1.8 TB, SSD to 7.6 TB, NVMe to 7.7 TB
- Drives require a controller in the front mezzanine slot (FlexStorage SAS RAID with or without 2 GB cache, or an NVMe / pass-through module)
- Boot: two SD cards (32 / 64 / 128 GB, mirrored) or up to two M.2 SATA drives (240 / 960 GB) under LSI software RAID
Network / adapters
- mLOM slot: Cisco UCS VIC 1440 or 1340
- Rear mezzanine: VIC 1480 or 1380, port expander, NVIDIA P6 GPU, or blade NVMe card
- Front mezzanine: FlexStorage RAID / NVMe / pass-through, or an NVIDIA P6 GPU
GPU
- Up to two NVIDIA P6 mezzanine GPUs
Management
- Cisco UCS Manager 4.0(4)+ , Intersight, UCS Central / Director
Chassis and fabric
- Half-width blade; up to eight in a 6RU UCS 5108 chassis
- Fabric interconnects 6248 / 6296 / 6332 / 6324 / 6454 with 2204 / 2208 / 2304 IOMs

Every unit is tested before it ships and its condition is stated up front. Build one to your own specification in the configurator — processors, memory, drives, controllers, network cards and rails are matched to this chassis, so the parts offered are the ones that fit — then send the configuration over and we'll quote it.
